We offer a beautiful cottage high up on the mountain above the lovely town of Gränna, with a view of Lake Vättern. We have beautiful sunsets, deep forests, and peaceful nature. perfect for those of you who want to relax! The house has 2 bedrooms, a large living room with a tiled stove, a kitchen with a dining table, and an old-fashioned wood-burning fireplace. Of course, we also have a toilet, a shower and a laundry room. Bed linen, towels and firewood are included.

Sjöhagens Glamping at Gränna!

Welcome to the tranquility of Sjöhagens Glamping next to the crystal-clear waters of Lake Vättern! From Gränna you go 10 minutes north along the tourist road with miles of views of Lake Vättern, where you will find Sjöhagen and nature that almost resembles a rainforest without being far from civilization. A few meters down from the glamping tent there is Vättern that is illuminated by the sun in its special way. As early as the 19th century, the author Mark Twain noted the sunsets over Lake Vättern in his novel A Tramp Abroad.

The Lakehouse

Being able to become one with nature in a magical environment is something special. Here you can relax and just enjoy! The building also has a terrace with table & chairs. The building was built in 2023 where building materials are locally produced, furniture & electronics are recycled to get as small a climate footprint as possible. My wife and I also run the accommodation "The View" at the same address and hope our guests will be at least as satisfied with "The Lake House." Feel free to read reviews on "The View"

At about 30 m2, the accommodation is a beautiful combination of old from (1860) and new (2024). There are sleeping places for a total of 4 people, a comfortable double bed (180x200) and a sofa bed (140x200). The kitchen area is well-equipped with modern amenities. The bathroom has a shower. A fireplace for extra warmth and comfort.
