You will love the comfortable beds with soft pillows, the comfy couch and nice finishes. Kitchen has basic utensils, dishes, microwave and coffee maker. There is a 60" tv with cable, Apple TV, Netflix and free movies on demand. There is a pickleball court and hot tub and we are 10 minutes from American Fork Canyon, 15 minutes from I-15 and about 35 minutes from downtown Salt Lake if traffic is light. Close to stores and the beautiful outdoors. Space is limited to 6 guests total. No exceptions.

This home has recently been completely remodeled and all kitchen appliances are new. The bathroom is completely new. It’s close to I-15, shopping, Adobe and Silicon Slopes tech companies.

You get the feel of a boutique hotel with the privacy of a quiet neighborhood and all the comforts of home (parking w/o the awkward backyard entry, full kitchen & laundry, Zoom-friendly workspaces, etc). PLUS you're centrally located for both Utah and Salt Lake counties and just minutes from the mountains!

This is a nice comfortable basement. It has one queen bed, sofa bed and I have a queen air mattress available as needed. It has a bathroom and closet. The suit is equipped with a full fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and a smart TV for your own convenience and comfort. It does not have a private entrance, but the basement door is close to the garage door, so you will have a direct entrance to the studio. You will be close to the freeway, train and shopping centers.

Small basement guest suite with twin bed, private bath, Roku TV, and kitchenette to cook your meals. 0.5 miles to the Historic Sandy ski bus station and 30 min drive to Snowbird + Alta. Bus stop for Brighton + Solitude across the street with one transfer to ski bus. Awesome access to I-15 and only 10 minutes away from tons of shopping and restaurants (Target, Smiths, Walmart, REI). Free washer and dryer. Pets are welcome and I have a fully fenced backyard!

Located 20 yards from the Bonneville shoreline trail which offers excellent hiking, biking and snowshoeing. This beautiful location is also a short walk to one of Utah’s top 10 waterfalls (Battle Creek Falls).
