Cottage on private lot directly on Lake Champlain. With spacious common space and breathtaking sunset views, this cottage is perfect for energizing from your busy lives. The cottage offers wonderful outside living: 2 kayaks and a canoe are at your disposal, a 5-burner BBQ for your chef skills, and a fire pit for quiet evenings by the camp fire. In addition, the lake offers excellent fishing, including salmon, lake trout, bass, and pike.

Refurbished 1950’s Cottage 300’ from Lakefront

This cozy cottage will gladly accommodate a couple with 2 small children. Although it has only 1 bedroom, we do have a futon in a front sitting room and another on the sun porch. Our home is on the property, but mostly hidden from the cottage by tall cedar trees. We are located about 1/2 hour from Burlington. We are < 5 minutes from the Grand Isle to Plattsburgh, NY ferry. The sunsets are simply phenomenal!
