It comfortably accommodates 6 people. Building from 1900, completely renovated in 2009 and renovated again in 2022. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place.

The apartment is located on a fourth floor, in the middle area of the ski resort, in front of the first stop of the Telesilla Parador I ski lift and walking distance to the Maribel track. It has surface parking in the building, WITH NO RESERVED SPACE (until full capacity) and guarded by security cameras. DO not RENT TO UNDER 30 YEARS OLD, except prior communication and acceptance with the owner.
