Sit back and relax in this sunny and lovingly designed apartment with its own cactus garden. The apartment has been completely renovated. Enjoy the garden with its prickly plants and black volcanic rocks. Fabulous views of the mountains and the sea (reachable by foot in a few minutes). Enjoy the sun on two large terraces. Las Playitas, the ideal starting point for many activities: swimming, surfing, hiking, cycling, golf,... everything right outside the front door within walking distance.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

The apartment is perfect for vacationers who want to experience Spanish culture up close, because it is located in the city of Gran Tarajal. There you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets, fashion stores, etc.! The black sandy beach and the ocean are right outside the door. The apartment (on the 3rd floor, climbing stairs required) for 5 people, has a living room with air conditioning and a sofa bed, a kitchen, a bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms and a terrace with sea view.

La Pared is only a few minutes by car from the larger town of Costa Calma, which is why we highly recommend a rental car.

The apartment has all kinds of comforts and if you need anything, I will be happy to assist you and help you, even with all the necessary information to enjoy all this wonderful island, if you decide to go out and explore. The patio is shared with me and , three charming and affectionate cats. Also Kira, Labrador mix will welcome you.

It has everything you need to have a pleasant vacation. Ideal for 1 person although 2 can be accommodated. No smoking or vaping, pets, parties, or events. It has Wi-Fi with fiber optic connection in the facilities.

Destress in this quiet and elegant accommodation "casademeli sleep". We are located in a small fishing village, just 5 min walk from the beach. It is a 60m2 house, with a large porch and large garden in a very quiet area. It is newly renovated, with an elegant and very bright style! In the village there are several supermarkets and restaurants!
