Time out in the forest with an oven and sauna!

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

GDR bungalow in new splendor, very quietly located perfect for a little break. On the yard live a cat and 4 chickens. The Dümmer See can be reached in just 10 minutes by bike or about 30 minutes walking distance. Benches and a small swimming spot invite you to dream. Schwerin can be reached in about 20 minutes by car. The Baltic Sea is about 1 hour away by car. A penny and a country bakery are only 6 km away in the neighboring village. Bakery also open on Sundays.

Our holiday home is located directly on the Ziegelsee. An absolute place of longing in nature! It has been completed in 2021. Very nice natural stone floor below, top wooden floor , floor heating functional kitchen, Miele dishwasher. We have a washing machine with dryer. The terrace is generously covered. Of course, there is sun and insect protection. The plot is has over 3000 sqm. We have our own lake access with jetty. The lake invites you to swim.

Modernly furnished holiday home with its own sauna (by coin-operated machine), fireplace and rowboat in the summer months . Whether balcony or terrace - they always have a wonderful view of the water. In the living room with underfloor heating is a large flat-screen TV, in one of the bedrooms also 1 flat-screen TV. The house "Lieblingsplatz" is part of a small ensemble of 4 vacation homes with a common sauna area, which we have embedded in a wonderful, lush garden. For the sauna, you can easily reserve your undisturbed wellness time on site. At approx. 60 m², the house offers 4 guests a feel-good space (+ max. 2 extra beds). Here you will spend relaxing hours! You are welcome to book our bed linen/towel service separately.
