The cottage has a surface area of 75 m2 consisting of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The village is at the crossroads of the Rhône, Loire and Ardèche - 14 km from Annonay (16 minutes from Peaugres) and 20 km from Condrieu and the Rhône Valley.
