This charming country house is surrounded by woods and bordered by two streams. Situated 5 minutes' walk from the picturesque village of Lignan de Bordeaux, Château de Seguin and Château de la Ligne has become one of the most popular venues for wedding celebrations in Bordeaux . The house has 3 large bedrooms, a comfortable lounge/dining room, a large bathroom . Outside, there is a large, landscaped garden, a large shaded patio for outside dining, and 10 x 5m swimming pool shared with us.

Pleasant, friendly 110 m2 house bathed in light, quiet, 20 minutes from Saint Jean train station and 30 minutes from the airport. 20 minutes from Saint-Emilion and its legendary vineyard, 1 hour from the Arcachon Bay and its famous oyster huts and 1 hour from Lacanau. Composed of a large living room with a large 6-seater sofa and fully equipped open kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and separate toilet. Large 1000 m2 garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue for your summer meals!
