Apto. on the 3rd floor WITH STEEP STAIRS WITHOUT ELEVATOR and no air conditioning. The apartment is NOT suitable for people with mobility restrictions, the elderly, or children. The stairs in the building are covered with protective cardboard due to construction work in an apartment downstairs. The work takes place between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
