Our aim is to provide travelers with the best possible accommodation within a reasonable budget. Our 16m² studio, though simple, is highly functional and has been completely renovated in 2023. It is conveniently located within walking distance of all necessary shops. You can check-in at your convenience, park temporarily in front of the door to unload your luggage, and then find nearby free parking. Bus lines L109 to Labège or L6 and 81 to Toulouse via the metro are just 100 meters away

Studio no. 2 is an independent, cozy, contemporary studio (24sqm) with a private terrasse and a very nice view. The studio is part of a new modern house, in a calm, green and hilly area just 15 min from the center of Toulouse, 5 minutes from a golf course, near hiking/biking trails. A very nice, calm apartment to come home to after a day of visiting, or working. High quality furniture and installations. Italian-style shower. Large, high quality sofa-bed (160*190*16cm).

Welcome to a bright and tastefully decorated apartment. Enjoy a cozy living room with a corner sofa, rocking chair, TV, and dining area. Enjoy the atmosphere of a "belle époque" style cultural café. This two-room accommodation is an independent part of our personal apartments located above the Café Culturel La Grande Famille. It offers you the choice between the calm of the countryside, near Toulouse, (Monday to Thursday) and the possibility of enjoying (without obligation) village life in the café open to the public from Thursday evening to Sunday. Living space, concerts, possibility of meals on site.

Entire place T3 + garden

This 53m2 home is on the edge of the Nature Reserve. With family or friends, it will allow you to enjoy a stay borrowed from nature, visits or rest. Its 100 m² garden will allow you to enjoy convivial moments. The river and its natural beach are a 5-minute walk away. 20 minutes from Toulouse, it is also well located for visiting cities like Albi (1h), Carcassonne (1h15) and Gruissan (1st beach in the Mediterranean at 1h45). Train station 5 mins by car.

Huge indoor living space. 100m2 terrace with swimming pool (4m60x2m20). Ideal for enjoying sunny moments for couples, families or groups of friends. The Studio of the Inn

Discover "Le Studio de l'Auberge", a fully renovated studio with independent access. It has a beautiful bathroom and a breakfast/dining area. We welcome you to a small cocoon within "L'Auberge", our family home from 1745. A typical Toulouse building with its pink bricks and beautiful half-timbered facade. Ideally located, you have direct access to the expressway allowing you to reach Toulouse in less than 20 minutes.
