The house is a 5-minute drive from Lake Catus and 15 minutes from Cahors. The house is located on a plot of more than 3000 m2, partially fenced. It is at the end of the road and access is via a private path (so no car traffic around) There is a 30m2 enclosed kennel.

Toilet /WC: walk-in shower laundry : washing machine terrace with garden furniture quiet environment.. My place is good for couples.

Holiday home Graf - Dream house near the Dordogne

The unique view and complete tranquillity characterise the location and surroundings of the house. From the terrace, you can look out over the valley opposite and the wooded hills that stretch to the far horizon in the west. The sunsets are simply marvellous and leave you speechless. The small house is suitable for 2 people. Three people can also stay here, but then you should know each other well :-).
