Your hosts, Ann & Kevin live in the main house, about 100 metres from the lake-side cottage and are available if needed, or can be very discreet. You have free access to all of the property, with lovely walks and farm animals to interact with. The property is 5 min from Hanging Rock and 15 mins from Kyneton, and Woodend.

Mountainbiking and bushwalking, right at the doorstep or explore the wider area. 2km from Lake Nillahcootie. 50min from the base of Mt Buller. Benalla and Winton Raceway are 25 and 30mins away.

It has a large bathroom & the bedroom has a queen bed, a single bed, a trundle bed or a cot. With lovely leadlight windows featuring Blue Wrens and stunning views from the windows over the farm and the hills. small enclosed yard for pets. We provide all bedding and towels.
