Self-contained apartment for up to 4 people

So close to the city and yet in the middle of nature! 2-room basement apartment (eat-in kitchen with pull-out day bed, bedroom with water bed), of course with bathroom, toilet and private entrance. The landlady lives in the same house. The optimal location at the idyllic nature reserve "Völsersee" also convinces with its close location to the varied city life of Innsbruck. If you feel comfortable in the mountains and nature, but do not want to miss the city, this is the place to be.

When we were in this place for the first time many years ago in the middle of the hiking paradise, we were immediately captivated: the smell of natural meadow, the tranquility of the forest, pure nature, the ski and toboggan run in the immediate vicinity. And yet only a 2-minute walk to the village, 10 minutes by car and you are in Innsbruck. We have renovated the old house for a long time and furnished a beautiful apartment in Alpine vintage style. Enjoy this place with us!

My 67 m² accommodation for max. 3 guests is located directly in the village center of Götzens in a quiet side street. Innsbruck can be reached in 15 minutes by bus (stop only 2 minutes away). In the immediate vicinity are 2 ski areas: Axamer Lizum and Mutterer Alm! In summer it is perfect for hiking and biking with great refreshment stops! Close to a butcher, 2 bakeries and a supermarket. No pets allowed. 1 parking space (video surveillance!). Waste separation required.

There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

Cozy, spacious and light-flooded apartment, 117 m², in the center of Götzens next to the church (church bells) and on the state road. Innsbruck is 15 minutes away by car. The place is in a two-family house from the 1970s. Bus stop to the ski resort or hiking area and to Innsbruck is right outside the door. There is an excellent public connection to Innsbruck and the ski resort. It is the perfect way to combine nature and city life.
