In the immediate vicinity are 2 ski areas: Axamer Lizum and Mutterer Alm! In summer it is perfect for hiking and biking with great refreshment stops! Close to a butcher, 2 bakeries and a supermarket. No pets allowed. 1 parking space (video surveillance!). Waste separation required.

There is also an indoor swimming pool, skating rink and a tennis court nearby. The ski resort is 300 m away and is a 5-minute walk. Pets are not allowed.

Und dabei doch nur 2 Gehminuten bis ins Dorf, 10 Fahrminuten und schon bist du in Innsbruck. Wir haben das alte Haus lange renoviert und eine wunderschöne Wohnung im Alpine Vintage Stil eingerichtet.
