Visby's neighborhood Gotland Unwind in this stunning newly-built house with nature plot in lovely surroundings seven kilometers north of Visby. Here you live close to everything with a kilometer to the sea and cozy Soul Island fishing port. The newly built house of 132m2 has three bedrooms (all with double beds), two bathrooms (one with a double shower), large living room and kitchen with kitchen island. Completely equipped laundry room with groventré. In addition to this, there are 4 great mattresses for kids to sleep on.

Architect-designed summer house (move-in 2017) with view over the ocean. Kitchen with all comforts and laundry room with washer/dryer. Wifi (fiber). Outdoor kitchen with grill. TV room with big TV. A bathroom with a shower/bathtub and one with a toilet only. Attefall house with guest room (double bed and bunk bed for 3 children, however no bathroom). Nyrenoverat hus (ca 2km norr om Klintehamn) som under 2022/2023 helrenoverats där exempelvis övervåningen isolerats, helt nytt badrum har byggts och samtliga ytor i köket har målats om/behandlats. Två separata sovrum finns, men ytterligare dubbelsäng och bäddsoffa finns också tillgängligt. Huset ligger endast 5 min promenad från Björkhaga strand, 10 min med bil från välkända Tofta Strand och 30 min med bil till Visby. 250419: Sovrum 3 har numera familjesäng (120+80-sängar), bild ska uppdateras

Unwind in this unique and harmonious 18th century home. The southern wing of Stenstu Herrgård has been recently restored and renovated. The limestone walls provide a calm and the new fully equipped kitchen makes the time off easy. Here you hang out in a beautiful, rural and secluded environment both inside and outside. Stenstu farm in Västerhejde dates back to the 13th century, located next to Västerhejde church and only 7 km south of Visby. It's a limestone dream close to most things.

Rural idyll

Flygel på bondgård med lamm och köttdjur (kor med kalv). Gården ligger kustnära, mitt i lummiga ängs och betesmarker med ca 1,5 - 2 km promenadavstånd till havet. Boendet är perfekt för barnfamiljer och även jättebra för fågelskådare då gården ligger nära några av gotlands bästa fågellokaler. Gästen står för sängkläder och handdukar. Gästen städar och lämnar i samma skick som den kom. Cyklar finns på gården att låna. Kök och badrum är nyrenoverat 2022.

Secluded cabin on separate plot for overnight stay for 2 people. Take a walk 500 meters to the sea and enjoy beautiful stone and sandy beaches. Very calm and pristine area for those who like lovely nature experiences and to enjoy the tranquility that nature offers. It is close to cafe, restaurants and convenience store within only a few kilometers. The accommodation has electricity, water connection as well as its own outdoor toilet and outdoor shower.
