Old brewhouse converted into a convenient practical home for 2 people. South facing patio with stunning views and barbecue. 9000 sq. ft. fenced plot. Forest walks around the corner, 5 km to the swimming lake and 7 km to Ljugarns long beaches, shops and restaurant life. Modern fully equipped kitchen. Shower with floor heating, hot water for 2p (normal use). Double bed 180 cm + 70 cm wide extra bed. Final cleaning is included. Sheets & towels are not included, can be rented. The fireplace in the picture doesn't work.

Welcome to our oasis at fantastic Bungenäs. Here you live in a cozy and well-planned architect-designed house with several extra pleasures - both on the grounds and in the area in season. Bungenäs is car free, which means that you will leave the car in the parking lot 300 meters away. Warm up in the hot tub, cook in the outdoor kitchen (or bake pizza in the Italian pizza oven) or cosy in front of the fire indoors. In short - enjoy a harmonious place without boredom regardless of the weather.

Området är mycket populärt bland annat för unikt marklandskap mellan kustklinten och havet. Samtliga golv i betong, inredningen är ljus och med hög kvalité. Stort socialt kök och allrum i öppen planlösning och braskamin. Stort badrum med bastu. Huset har uteplats med matgrupp, solsängar, parasoll, gasolgrill och pizzaugn. Det finns 2 enkla cyklar att låna.

Enjoy days off in Villa Rask - here is everything you need for a successful holiday. The pool, sauna, pizza oven, architecture and location in Rute on northern Gotland allow for a large range of activities while you can effortlessly enjoy just spending time at the house. Villa Rask is only 200 meters from the beach, marina and lake tavern in Valleviken. In a short distance you will also find a cafe, bakery, restaurants, farmhouse and many beaches and excursions.

Downstairs is a living room with two sofas (of which one is a sofa bed) and a rocking chair. TV, Chromecast, and fireplace. Kitchen with fridge and a small freezer, gas stove, oven, micro oven, and fireplace. Dining area seating max 8 persons. Large garden of 5000 m2 including a sauna.
