Charming cottage with unique location on almost car-free island! Living room and kitchen in one, toilet and shower, separate bedroom with bunk beds and sleeping loft with two beds. Laundry room with entrance from the gable. Nice sea view from the big cottage! The house is just 50 meters from the water and has its own garden with garden furniture. The car is parked on the mainland. Guests clean themselves, leave in the same condition as when arriving. The guest brings sheets and towels, or rent: sheets 150, towel 50, per person.

Simple camping cottage renovated in 2021 located on the edge of the farm garden. The cottage has a room with a simple kitchen and a bunk bed with two beds plus two beds in the sofa bed. Toilet with separett renovated in 2021 as well as a single shower with hot water located approximately 25 meters from the cabin. Toilet and shower shared with our second camping cottage. Bed linen and towels are not included in the price, but can be selected for 75 SEK/set. Cleaning is not included but can be purchased for SEK 200.

For next summer, pls make a contact. Vores bolig har en fantastisk beliggenhed med udsigt ud over søen. Huset (139 m2) ligger ved søen Ømmern, 50 km fra Gøteborg. Huset, som er placeret på egen halvø (3,5 hektar), ligger isoleret forenden og har sol fra morgen til aften. Fra terrassen går du direkte ud i søen med egen sandstrand og bådebro. Ud over hovedhuset med stor stue m/ pejs, køkken, 4 soveværelser (8 p), findes der et enkelt anneks med plads til 4 extra på sommeren (kan ej opvarmes).

Charming small house 50m from sea FREE parking

Cozy cottage in very nice area right by the sea. Quiet and nice with sun all day. Lovely large patio with larger table and BBQ for wining and dining. In addition, own private terrace with deck chairs. Only 2 minutes walk to tram taking you directly into town in 20 minutes. Or take the tram 2 stops to nearby Saltholmen and take the ferries to the lovely southern archipelago.
