The Red Door Flat

This studio flat is in the same building like our other listing. Totally separated from main house with a modern kitchenette, a comfy double bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and underfloor heating. Ideal for an individual or for a couple to have a nice short stay. It has a smart TV, wi-fi, central heating, micro,fridge, toaster and kettle. Has not got oven, hob, freezer, washer and dishwasher. Unfortunately not suitable for babies or children to stay. There is a roundabout almost in front.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. A stones throw from Gotham nature reserve and the heritage trail, nestled in a quiet village location with south facing garden. The village has three pubs and a village shop. Easy access to surrounding villages, East Leake having a variety of pubs, cafes and takeaways. For a larger selection the lovely and popular West Bridgford is just a bus journey away with its variety of bars and restaurants. Regular buses also into Nottingham city centre.

The private annex is self contained and has an enclosed courtyard area as a private outdoor space.
