This is a cozy 2 bedroom loft with vaulted ceilings, skylights and is located on a private drive with other homes. There are views of the Laurelwood golf course and Eugene valley. It is a wonderful space to enjoy while being with family and friends. It is a very peaceful, serene space and feels a little like a tree house as the living spaces are on the second story above a garage. Guest have access to parking, patio with furniture.
