We provide a space for rest and healing that is not disturbed by anyone who is tired of city life. Our accommodation is located 5 minutes by car to Ayajin Beach to feel like you are at the Southeast Recreation Area Villa, and you can use both the first and second floors as it is a spacious private house prepared only for one team. Outside the accommodation is a private garden surrounded by high fences, so you can maximize your privacy, and there is also a brazier with fire and charcoal barbecue. In addition, CCTVs are installed outside the accommodation to prevent the safety of guests and theft of vehicles, so you can stay with confidence. You can experience surfing at Yangyang surfing spots such as Mulchi and Seorak Beach. After a trip to the sea, you can relax in a quiet pine forest country house and see the stars that you can't usually see. The bedroom has 3 beds. The kitchen can be used for simple cooking, but please refrain from cooking foods with strong smells, especially shrimp. You can dine at a table for 6 on the backyard deck. It is a single-family house 5 minutes away from the private house, which is 5 minutes away from walking to the beach at Sokcho Beach. (We are accepting reservations for those who come as a family of 6 or less. Reservations are not accepted for groups or MT purposes.) It is equipped with a dining table for 6 people, various bowls, pots, and condiments for cooking. Two double-sized beds and bedding on the floor are also provided if necessary. A direct water purifier is also installed. You can use the barbecue in the front yard (Various tools such as charcoal and 55cm grill can be used when using the barbecue- additional fee 20,000 won) You can see the sun rising on the beach from the rooftop. It is located a 10-minute walk from Lotte Resort and Badahangir. Oeongchi Port, Daepo Port, is also within walking distance. It's a 5 minute drive away. E-Mart is also located within a 5-minute drive.

It is a cozy country house next to a valley on the Salt River called a small Mt. You can use both the spacious yard, toenmaru, and the valley across the street.
