Close to HMS Raleigh &Polhawn Fort. There are 120 steps down to the chalet.

There is the added advantage of a private courtyard garden with access to the harbour and private parking outside the cottage.

National Cycle Route 3 passes within 100 yards and there is easy access to the South West Coastal Path.
