Willkommen in unserer stilvollen Ferienwohnung – ideal für Familien, Gruppen und Freunde. Die 2022 fertiggestellte Unterkunft bietet auf ca. 170 m² modernen Wohnkomfort. Euch erwarten ein großzügiger, offener Wohn- und Essbereich mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, vier separate Schlafzimmer, zwei Bäder sowie ein Schlafsofa für zwei weitere Gäste. Platz für bis zu 10 Personen. Highlight ist der helle Wohnbereich mit hoher Decke, offenem Fachwerk und verglastem Tennentor mit Blick auf den Dorfplatz.

Das Haus liegt mitten im Biosphärenreservat "Flusslandschaft Elbe" am Rand eines kleinen Dorfes nur einen Steinwurf vom Fluß entfernt. Spaziergänge, Radtouren, Vogelbeobachtung, Picknick am Elbestrand, Badesee oder Therme mit Saunalandschaft (8 km entfernt). Großer "liebevoll verwilderter" Garten, komplett umzäunt, mit Schwimmteich, Terrasse, Feuerkorb, Liegestühlen etc. Ihr wohnt auf großzügigen 140qm mit Wintergarten, 3 Schlafzimmern, 2 Bädern + Gästetoilette und voll ausgestatteter Küche.

Time out in the forest with an oven and sauna!

In the middle of the forest, on a clearing, 3 km from the beautiful town of Gartow, lies our special retreat. If you are looking for peace and quiet in nature and value simplicity and goodness, this is the place. The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Vacation home "Schwalbenblick"

Unsere erste Ferienwohnung befindet sich in der vorderen Hälfte des ehemaligen Kuhstalls. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich eine charmante Kücheninsel, der Ess- und Wohnbereich sowie das Badezimmer. Das Doppelbett im oberen Schlafbereich wird durch ein Einzelbett ergänzt, zusätzlich gibt es noch ein bequemes Schlafsofa für zwei (insgesamt 5 Schlafplätze). Unser zweiten Inserat, das Eulennest, befindet sich gleich daneben und kann dazu gebucht werden. Dann ist Platz bis zu 8 Personen.

Natur Nest Nemitz – Living in a former stable

Our new, charming and lovingly furnished apartment is located in a former stable building of the old farm, just 700 m from the Nemitz Heath. The 60 sqm are divided into a kitchen, hallway, bathroom, a bedroom/living room and a beautiful wooden terrace - ideal for couples or solo travelers, suitable for a maximum of 3 people. Wallbox and bicycle shed are provided. On request, 1–2 horses can be accommodated (€20/night) – ideal for unforgettable star rides in great nature.

Wendland with dog up to 8 people, winter sauna!

Dannenberg in the beautiful Wendland with beautiful cycling trails, forests and the nearby Elbe. Great outdoor pool nearby, good nearby shopping, sauna can be booked from September to the end of April. (€10 hour) On weekends only book both nights, no one-night booking. It's an apartment, Airbnb presents it as a tree house! Large staircase to the top, large apartment, large balcony - no shared use. For check-in, the door is open from 3 pm, the key is inside.

Here in the Lenzerwische you can escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. We have the Elbe right in front of us. In summer, it invites you to swim or fish. In autumn and winter, it sometimes shows its power and lets the water level rise...Wildlife of all kinds are at home here, and a birdlife that will amaze you. Our Elbe Pearl is also so special because the Elbe Cycle Path runs right outside our door.

kulturhaus wahrenberg

Für exzessive Partys ist unser Hof leider nicht geeignet. Unser Haus wurde ca. 1850 erbaut. Wohnhaus & Scheune des denkmalgeschützten 3-Seiten-Hofs sind im Eichen-Fachwerk errichtet. Um das Haus stehen 10 Hochzeitslinden. Im November, wenn die Linden zurückgeschnitten sind, ist das Haus in seiner ganzen Pracht zu sehen. Ab Mai verschwindet es dann langsam hinter schattenspendendem Blätterwerk, und bleibt so den ganzen Sommer über herrlich kühl... 

Vacation home in Laase in the beautiful Wendland

The apartment has a large and cozy living area with an integrated kitchen. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. As an option for another sleeping place, a sofa bed is available in the living room. Two more mattress sleeping places are on the upper level. The bright and spacious bathroom has a shower and toilet. The apartment is located on the upper floor of our house. A sunny seating area with a grill is available in the garden.

Birdsong instead of traffic noise, the Elbe right on your doorstep and sunsets over the meadows: Our lovingly renovated house is located in a small village with only eight houses in the middle of the Lower Saxony Elbe Valley biosphere reserve. Look forward to a large garden with fruit trees, a sauna, a fire pit, and plenty of space for spending time together in the midst of nature. A place to take a deep breath, switch off and arrive.
