Seven years of positive Airbnb hosting experiences encouraged us to create a new space in downtown Gorham. Walk to restaurants, a brewery, antique shops and an art gallery, or access White Mountain hiking trails or Coos mountain bike trails. This beautifully curated, spacious upstairs apartment combines modern and vintage in both art and furnishings. The small town of Gorham caters to tourists: a dozen great restaurants, antique & gift shops, railroad museum, opera house & town common all within easy walking distance of the studio.

The entire first floor is exclusively yours to stay in. The second floor up the stairs is separate and belongs to the owner.

Androscoggin Annex is a 2/3 bedroom 2 bath home conveniently located in the Berlin Mills/Heritage Park area with a view of the beautiful Androscoggin River and Mahoosuc Mountains of Maine. The home can accommodate 8 guests. There is ample parking for your trucks and trailers. Ride to Jericho Park and points north from the driveway. Within 1 hour to Sunday River, Cannon, Loon, and 25 minutes to Wildcat. Great location for a hikers basecamp. We are a short drive to numerous hiking trails.

After your day of fun, head back to relax and unwind, play some games, prepare a meal, or sit by the fire pit and simply soak in the atmosphere.

Camp Ursus rustic and peaceful

One room cabin with all the necessities. At initial entrance, you are in the screened in porch. This offers your firewood close to carry, many cozy chairs to lounge, and a get away from the summer bugs. Camp door is locked with a coded lock. Upon entry of camp you will be met with a welcoming home like feel. The only thing you will need are drinking water and sleeping bags. Bunks are fitted with clean linens. Come! Come enjoy camp living! NOTE: outhouse for bathroom duties. :)
