A mini-small studio that has everything you need to be happy in the smallest of spaces. If you want to spend your Ticino vacation independently and cheaply, this is the place. An ideal starting point to discover Ticino. Lake Maggiore at your feet, the valleys and the centers (Locarno, Bellinzona and Lugano) are also easily accessible by public transport. The markets in Italy are also easily accessible by car or public transport. In winter and during the cool season, I recommend the studio for one person only!

A thousand and one nights in Avegno, duplex house Mulino 1

Wonderful rustic duplex, set in the core of Avegno, offers peace and silence. Inside there is a small dining room with fireplace and pine cone and a new kitchen; going up the stairs you access the two bedrooms, a double bedroom from a thousand and one nights and a convertible from single bed to double bed and a comfortable bathroom von bathtub. Outside there are plenty of spaces to read or eat, a gorgeous terrace with chaise longue, a patio with table and chairs, and a small garden with armchairs.

The Darsena di Villa Sardagna, since 1720 belonging to the noble villa of the same name in Blevio, is a one-of-a-kind open space, made of ancient stone, white wood and glass. It overlooks a splendid panorama characterized by the historic Larian villas, including the Grand Hotel Villa D'Este. It offers a magnificent sunbathing terrace, ideal for romantic sunset aperitifs. Casa Valeggia is located in a quiet residential area. The house has many windows and sun in charming position above the village of Maggia overlooking the waterfall of the Valle del Salto, nestled in a tropical garden, fully fenced and with a small swimming pool. Close to the house there is the possibility to swim in the river or at the waterfall. Recommended for people seeking tranquility, hikers and in search for privacy and contact with nature. Breath the fresh air from the valley.

In January the temperature in the house is max 16 degrees Bed linen and towels 25.00 CHF per person. reservations of less than one week are accepted only in the month prior to the vacation date. (Short stays only possible as last-minute).

Die Ferienwohnungen sind in Gordevio, eingangs des Maggiatals gelegen. Malerisch und ruhig eingebettet gleich neben dem idyllischen kleinen Fluss Briee und unterhalb des Spiel und Sportplatzes von Gordevio liegt das 1969 im Tessinerstil erbaute Anwesen, das 2018 total modernisiert und neu möbliert worden ist. Es freut uns, die bisher hauptsächlich privat genutzte Ferienwohnung, studio smeraldo mit 3 Zimmern und fast 70 m2 Wohnfläche, nun frei vermieten zu können.

Beautifully renovated studio in an old-town house from the 18th century. It is tastefully equipped with everything you need. The apartment is located 50 steps from the world famous Piazza Grande in the historic centre of Locarno. Everything is close by, however, due to its location, the studio is very quiet.
