Studio 2 steps from the city center

This 26m2 studio is self-contained and located on private property. Very quiet environment only 7 minutes drive to downtown Angouleme. Bus stop 300m to get to the city center in 10 minutes. If you are an athlete(ves) or just a walker, a large body of water (3km perimeter) and the Coulée Verte (path along the Charente river) are a 15-minute walk away. 1 covered parking place. Note that it is the sofa that can be converted into a bed.

The bright apartment offers cozy comfort, almost zen I was told, in a spacious volume. Refurbished, you will find real comfort, quiet, facing the gardens, with a view that goes very far!
