In the hart of the historic Malta, set right at the magnificent waterfront of the oldest of the Three cities (founded by the Knights in 1552), this apartment offers stunning views, authentic historical setting for the sophisticated traveler and all the modern conveniences at a knock-down price! Among the latter we count convenient ferry, bus and water taxi transport links to Valletta and beyond, exquisite restaurant and bar outlets just across the creek, plus the numerous local establishments at hand. The apartment is furnished with a tasteful emphasis on the original Maltese features now rapidly disappearing throughout the island's noisier and busier tourist areas. This apartment is bang in the center of Mellieħa forming part of a block of apartments. The apartment is very bright and airy, it includes 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living space, Cable TV, washing machine and AC's. It also has a nice balcony and a spacious terrace with distant sea views for outside dining. This apartment has been completely refurbished in March 2023. We do not live in the condominium but are available 24/7. Guests have 100% privacy.

A beautiful, spacious, family and work-friendly, serviced apartment with views in Mellieha's most sought-after residential area. The apartment is fully airconditioned and has a 2/3 seater private jacuzzi on its terrace. Guests also get access to the fully equipped gym in the same building. The apartment is a 15-minute walk to Malta's largest sandy beach (2 minutes by car) and relatively close to all amenities, including supermarkets, shops, hairdressers, etc.
