It's the addition to our house that is a separate living space with it's own entrance, L shaped back yard, air/heat. WiFi included. Tonto national forest, Saguaro lake, Salt river tubing and wild horses, kayaking, CUBS park, downtown Tempe, casino, Sky Harbor airport, beautiful hiking at Superstition Mountains are 20 min away. Dinosaur Mountain, Sidewinder and Gold Canyon Golf Resort are 5 minutes away. You could also hunt for the Gold of the Lost Dutchman or chase ghosts at Goldfield Ghost Town. The Dolly Steam Boat is one of my favorite outing at Canyon Lake and then head down to Tortilla Flats for a burger.

This house was renovated and completely furnished in February 2020 and includes a brand new Pebble Tec heated pool. The backyard backs up to a desert wash for fabulous privacy with stunning views of both Dinosour Mountain and the imposing Superstition Mountains. Relax on the upper deck and observe all the wildlife and the many birds in the area.
