You’ll have your own private bedroom and lounge area on the upper floor — ideal for relaxing, working, or unwinding after a long day. Please note: this is not a separate flat. I live in the house full-time and am always nearby if you need anything. You’ll be using the same entrance, and while your space upstairs is private, this is a shared home

Cabin is at the back of our garden - all for yourselves ;-)) Location is ideal for RVC or FILM INDUSTRY ROLES On the warm days you can enjoy the water fountain, pond and our friendly dog (doggie is not there during the summer break) ;-)) The access is via our house where you can meet myself, my kids, my friends or our other guests staying in the main house ;-)) It does have a nano kitchenette /it is very basic - not suitable for proper cooking ;-)) No smoking indoors You can smoke outside

Very peaceful only 5 mins from Broxbourne Station and Harlow Station with links to London and Stansted Airport, easy access to M11 & M25. 20 mins Drive to Stansted Airport, 5 mins from local shops, The Fish & Eels pub and Riverside Palace Cafe are 5 mins drive at Dobbs Weir along the river, both highly recommended. Come and enjoy some relaxation and beautiful views.

A peaceful and tranquil location with exceptional transport links into central London and surrounding areas. South Mimms, M25 junction 23 and A1, 5 minutes drive. Northern line underground station, (High Barnet) 1 mile away. Bus terminal at Barnet General Hospital is a three minute stroll. The annex comes with one private parking space and has its own entrance at the side of the main house.
