The house is located on the border of the city of Krakow. At a distance of 6 km (by bike, 26 min) to the downtown. Nearby is the Witkowice Forest Park, with a protection zone for amphibians. Location possible easy access to the center of Krakow but also relaxation away from the crowded center. Distance to new tram line 850m - 10min. The house is situated on a fenced plot where it is possible to park several cars. Building has 2 separate residential parts and terraces around it.

Beautiful house with a large well-maintained garden located on a closed estate in the village of Zielonki 5km from the Krakow border (20 minutes by car to the center). A house surrounded by greenery and low-family housing, 2-car parking on the premises. Great for families (in the garden: playground, pool in July-August). A great place to get away from the city lights after a day of exploring Krakow, all year long. Fber optic internet plus a backup line 4G.
