Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

60 km from Warsaw, in the Masovian village of Królewo in the Joniec nad Wkrą municipality, 2 cozy Tiny Houses await you. Here you will find peace, quiet, and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or anyone else's children. However, we are happy to welcome easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub and sauna. We look forward to seeing you.

Fiałkowe Wzgórza - views, silence and a SPA under the clouds

Fiałkowe Wzgórza is a place for true relaxation. A house on a small hill in the village of Fiałki, surrounded by the meadows, forests, and lakes of the Górznieńsko-Lidzbarski Landscape Park. Through the large windows and from the terrace, you can see the changing light and, in the evening, the sunsets. You don't need a plan here. You can sit by the fireplace, make a campfire, go for a walk, ride a bike to the lake, or immerse yourself in a herbal bath in the old cast-iron tub. SUPs, a kayak, and catamaran are all within easy reach.

If you prefer to spend your time less actively, Leonówka offers guests peace in a hammock, which disturbs the croaking of frogs. For lovers of relaxation, we offer a wood-fired Jacuzzi and sauna. After such relaxation, you can sit by the atmospheric fireplace.

"Szumią Wierzby" is a year-round house for rent located an hour from Warsaw, on a large, fenced plot. We want to share with you the best of idyllic country life! The house is located on a former settlement, in the valley of the Wkra River, to which we have 250m. Guests have exclusive access to a house with a usable attic of 90m2 on a large, fenced plot (3000m2). There are two bedrooms with large beds (140 cm and 160 cm) + a third bedroom with a comfortable sofa (90 cm)
