For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

60 km from Warsaw, in the Masovian village of Królewo, Joniec commune, 2 cozy Tiny Houses await you. Here you will find peace, quiet and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or anyone else's children. However, we are happy to welcome low-maintenance pets. The minimum rental period is two nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. You can use the hot tub and sauna at our place - these are options for an additional fee. The house is located on a former settlement, in the valley of the Wkra River, to which we have 250m.
