Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

60 km from Warsaw, in the Masovian village of Królewo in the Joniec nad Wkrą municipality, 2 cozy Tiny Houses await you. Here you will find peace, quiet, and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or anyone else's children. However, we are happy to welcome easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub and sauna. We look forward to seeing you.

Lake Dąbrowa Wielka is 2 km away, the sandy beach in Leszcz with a pier is 4 km away. 20 km to the Dylewskie Hills, 4 km from Grunwald, 35 km to Ostróda and 40 km to Iława. The sea and Jantar are 1.5 hours away by car. In Dąbrówno you will find shops with local delicacies. There is a Dino supermarket in Dąbrówno.

If you prefer to spend your time less actively, Leonówka offers guests peace in a hammock, which disturbs the croaking of frogs. For lovers of relaxation, we offer a wood-fired Jacuzzi and sauna. "Szumią Wierzby" is a year-round house for rent located an hour from Warsaw, on a large, fenced plot. We want to share with you the best of idyllic country life! The house is located on a former settlement, in the valley of the Wkra River, to which we have 250m. Guests have exclusive access to a house with a usable attic of 90m2 on a large, fenced plot (3000m2). There are two bedrooms with large beds (140 cm and 160 cm) + a third bedroom with a comfortable sofa (90 cm)

We invite you to a unique place - a more than 100-year-old barn, which we have transformed into a paradise for the last 3 years. The house is located in the heart of the Landscape Park, in the area of reserves, Natura 2000 areas and lakes. There are no neighbors around, we are the only hosts :) there is peace and quiet. You can watch wild animals from the terrace. The vast majority of things in the house are made by us - both doors and furniture or kitchen cabinets.
