Our cozy house has everything you need for a comfortable stay – a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, three separate bedrooms, a living room with a comfortable sofa and a spacious terrace with dining area. For colder days, we've equipped the house with a small fireplace and electric heaters. Our guests can enjoy the living room and spacious terrace with a beautiful view of the garden, pier, and river, while sipping coffee from a high-quality espresso machine. The fully equipped kitchen equipment allows you to prepare fresh meals yourself. We also provide stand-up paddleboards, which can be used to paddle out to Lake Zegrze. An additional attraction is the large Finnish sauna overlooking the water, perfect for relaxing your body and soul.

Tiny House with sauna and jacuzzi by the Wkra River

60 km from Warsaw, in the Masovian village of Królewo in the Joniec nad Wkrą municipality, 2 cozy Tiny Houses await you. Here you will find peace, quiet, and rest, which are very much needed these days. The cottages can comfortably accommodate 2 adults. You can relax here without your own or anyone else's children. However, we are happy to welcome easy-going pets. The minimum rental period is 2 nights. During the holiday season, however, we prefer longer stays. There is an additional fee for using the hot tub and sauna. We look forward to seeing you.

Fiałkowe Wzgórza - views, silence and a SPA under the clouds

Fiałkowe Wzgórza is a place for true relaxation. A house on a small hill in the village of Fiałki, surrounded by the meadows, forests, and lakes of the Górznieńsko-Lidzbarski Landscape Park. Through the large windows and from the terrace, you can see the changing light and, in the evening, the sunsets. You don't need a plan here. You can sit by the fireplace, make a campfire, go for a walk, ride a bike to the lake, or immerse yourself in a herbal bath in the old cast-iron tub. This is a place for people who want to slow down for a few days.

Welcome to our lovely Lake House 14 on the Zegrzyn Lagoon in Izbica! This is a phenomenal place for a comfortable rest for 4 people. Our atmospheric cottage, on the first line from the water, provides a spectacular view and experience every day. Our guests have access to a wooden terrace, sun loungers, a fire pit, a Mongolian grill and a garden hot tub, but these are just some of the attractions that will make their stay at Lake House 14 more enjoyable. SUPs, a kayak, and catamaran are all within easy reach.

Charming cottage on the Vistula River

Welcome to a charming, year-round cottage located on a beautiful slope overlooking the Vistula River. The cottage is only 30 meters from the river. The cottage consists of a living room (fold-out sofa), a bedroom on the ground floor (double bed), a bedroom in the attic (3 single beds), a kitchenette and a bathroom. Guests can use the barbecue, fireplace and pier (from March to November). The place is perfect for relaxing and remote work away from the hustle and bustle. Fireplace out of use.

Take a break and relax in this oasis of peace. Rent a cottage in the Mazovian countryside near the Wkra River. It is an ideal place for active people - the opportunity to practice sports, cycling, running on gravel, kayaking. If you prefer to spend your time less actively, Leonówka offers guests peace in a hammock, which disturbs the croaking of frogs. For lovers of relaxation, we offer a wood-fired Jacuzzi and sauna. After such relaxation, you can sit by the atmospheric fireplace.

A small household for the exclusive use of our guests, situated deep inside the forested countryside of the Northern Mazovia. Completely remote from the bustle of city life, close to the Vistula River, still within an hour's drive from Warsaw and half that from Płock or Żelazowa Wola. Specially recommended for all kind of outdoor and nature enthusiasts who would like to enjoy exploring a huge wild river like the Vistula. Bike rental included in the price, kayaking trips optional.

"Szumią Wierzby" is a year-round house for rent located an hour from Warsaw, on a large, fenced plot. We want to share with you the best of idyllic country life! The house is located on a former settlement, in the valley of the Wkra River, to which we have 250m. Guests have exclusive access to a house with a usable attic of 90m2 on a large, fenced plot (3000m2). There are two bedrooms with large beds (140 cm and 160 cm) + a third bedroom with a comfortable sofa (90 cm)
