A cozy, comfortable house in the middle of the forest on a beautiful and clean lake. Large, fenced plot (about 1500 m), beautiful terrace, professional barbecue, fireplace, incredibly cozy living room, which you will not want to leave! Silence, super air quality, peace... The house has 3 bedrooms: one master bedroom, the other with a large mattress, and the third has 3 single beds. In the living room there are also 2 large, fold-out, very comfortable sofas. The kitchen is large and equipped with everything you need.

It is a large villa (420 m2) located in Zalesie Królewskie (Bory Tucholskie region) on the shore of the lake (we have our own pier and beaches) on a plot of 6100 m2. The house consists of a large open kitchen with a dining room, a living room with access to a large terrace and a view of the lake, 7 bedrooms, a ping-pong room, a second living room upstairs, 4 bathrooms and a garage for two cars or about 20 motorcycles.
