A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city can be reached very quickly. The ground floor was extensively restored by us and supplemented with bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travellers.

Disconnect from everyday life, come to rest and find yourself, relaxation for body and mind. Exercise is life, a hike, a bike trip, or a walk, just enjoy.
