About 8 km from Falkenberg's center and 500 meters to the beach, the cottage is beautifully situated in a quiet rural environment. As a guest, you live separately from the family's/landlord's home with your own entrance where you have access to part of a large garden and orangery with patio. A few kilometers away is a wide range of restaurants, cafes, farm shops and all the fantastic things Falkenberg has to offer. Warmly welcome!

Welcome to Hyltegården's guest house! Rural, peaceful and newly built apartment of 55 sqm in Hunnestad, just outside Varberg. Enjoy rural views from the hot tub! The accommodation is spacious for 4 people and is close to Varberg and Gekås Ullared, among other places. By car, you can get to the sea in about 15 minutes. Within a reasonable distance, you will find beautiful environments, hiking trails and lakes in Åkulla beech forests. There is an extra cost for the hot tub. Cleaning, sheets and towels are included.

Grocery store, pizzeria in Falkenberg, 10 km away, there are very nice restaurants, pubs, shops and much more that is definitely worth visiting. Feel free to visit Skrea Strand. With only 50 meters to the beach is our house that was finished 5 years ago. With large social spaces both inside and out on the patio, the house is optimal for socializing and feeling good. Five bedrooms, TV room and a large kitchen with living room with direct connection to the terrace. Our summer paradise but also a home with conference facilities for groups.
