Villa with three bedrooms, sleeping loft and a guest house. A large glazed conservatory allows you to enjoy an outdoor feeling and have an "outdoor living" even on rainy or windy days. The villa is normally suitable for 8 guests. But there are two more beds in the guest house and a sofa bed in the living room. Rosendal is a quiet villa and summer cottage area a few hundred meters from two sandy bays, with a nature reserve around the corner. You come here to enjoy the beach and nature. Good area to ride a bike.

Bicycles are included and there are various walking trails nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

Hole, Glommen

In this accommodation, you live next to nature, with only a short walk to the sea. The apartment is only 10 minutes to Falkenberg and 20 minutes to Varberg. Here you can relax to the sounds of birdsong and beautiful views. Nearby are several local farm shops. Across the street, you will find, for example, the beautiful Hule Garden and cider house. Turesson's farm shop is also a walk away, where you will find, among other things, meat for the evening's barbecue.

Forest paradise right by Älvasjön.

Surrounded by beautiful forest, hiking trails and vineyards, this idyllic cottage is a cottage. With a distance of just under 800 meters, you can reach Ästad winery, which also has a fantastic spa and restaurant. 40 meters from the cottage, you will find a swimming area with a jetty. A couple of kilometers from the cottage is Hiaklitten, a fantastic hiking trail. But it is just as good to hike around the fantastic lake next to the cottage.
