Centrally and quietly located apartment for max. 3 guests. The box-spring bed is in the living room together with the pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is new and hardly used and equipped with all the things you need. The bathroom is also modern and like new. The staircase is a bit steep so unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. We recently moved to Wohltorf with our family and are now renting out our beautiful, quiet and renovated granny apartment. Wohltorf is located in the beautiful Sachsenwald. It is only a few minutes' walk to the forest. Nearby is the Tonteichbad. The S-Bahn is a 3-minute walk away and you can reach Hamburg Central Station in 28 minutes. Reinbek and Bergedorf can be reached in just a few minutes by car. Here you are in the middle of nature.

The apartment is located in the attic (sloping ceilings) of a detached house in a quiet location with very good connections to the A1 and A24 highways. The U-Bahn station "Steinfurther Allee" is also within walking distance (10-12 min. walk, please read the "Arrival Guide" in the listing carefully beforehand), then another 17 min. with the "U2" to Hamburg main station. Private, lockable parking is available.
