Seaside Summer House "Elia"

We offer a seaside house in one of the most beautiful and secluded bays of Alonnisos. Agios Petros Bay is located at 9km away from Patitiri, the island’s port. The old family vacations’ house, is renovated and made to offer you a peaceful environment. The house consists of 2 large sitting rooms and fully equipped kitchen. It also has 4 large separate bedrooms and 2 toilets. An extra sofa bed (or a baby crib) can be added, free of charge, if an extra guest is to stay at the house (6 guests +2).

Designed according to the standards of traditional Greek architecture, the StoneHouse is set in a fully private hill among olive and fruit trees as well as colorful flowers. Agios Petros by the Sea is a traditional house located in one of the most beautiful bays of Alonnissos (Agios Petros). The house consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 1,5 kitchens, 3 bathrooms and 1 WC. In total, 150sqm. It can accomodate 6 persons( Three couples plus 3 -4 children ) . Outdoors, the house offers an extremely fantastic sea view from its terrace. The distance to the beach is only 50m , 9km away from the port Patitiri and only 5 minutes walk from Steni Vala.

Less than 50m from the house there is a quiet beach, without people. However, if one wants something more intense, 1 km away is the famous Saint Dimitrios beach. From the two terraces of the house you can enjoy the view of the narrow Peristera.

Kitchen opens up to family room, one master bedroom (double bed) with bathroom, a second bedroom (two single beds), a second bathroom and a loft (two single beds, shown as bedroom 3 in photo tour). Not chain link fenced from the rocks below therefore not recommended for toddlers.

In total the house has 3 spacious bedrooms each one with double beds and one of them has a loft with two single beds. The house has 3 bathrooms. It can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.
