This house was built in 1885 and remodeled in 2020! The ground floor bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and queen bed. The upstairs loft has a daybed, and the 2 queen bedrooms upstairs each have their own toilet. There is a shared shower upstairs. There is no air conditioning. The backyard is shared with another home, and is not accessible to guests at this time. We ask that guests leave used sheets in the laundry room and towels in the bathrooms at checkout. You’ll love my place because of the newly renovated fun road trip theme, the quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of Mt Evans and surrounding mountain areas.
