Welcome to “Point Beithe” (birch point in Gaelic). This beautiful home sits on its own point surrounded by 180° of Mira River waterfront age. You will also enjoy access to your own small private island that is connected by a shallow sand bar. Sit out on the large deck or floating dock to enjoy the views of the river, launch kayaks, paddle boards, and swim. We have signed up for the strongest internet service offered in the area (Starlink). Cellular reception is not great in the area.

If you’re looking for space to relax in a rural setting, but don’t want to be far away from amenities, this is the perfect location for you.   Our cottage is located in Northside East Bay - just 20 minutes from Sydney.   Inside, you will find an open-concept kitchen/living room, bathroom with walk-in shower and 3 bedrooms. Outside, there’s a large patio with a hot tub, seating and bbq. There’s also a fire pit. Relax and enjoy nature and a view of the nearby Bras d’Or!

Stove & fridge to cook a nice meal. The Cabot Trail is about an hour away. Newfoundland ferry is 15 mins away. There is an adjoining door in the middle that seperates the units.

Welcome to our beautiful cabin located on hwy 4 only 13 min from Sydney River, 5min from the ski hill and benion marina, 1 min from the country market where you can get anything needed including a ice cream sore in summer and small liquor store. If you’re joining us in the summer we are only 1.5min from east bay sand bar an amazing beach and 3min from the walking trails:) complete with fire pit and large back deck.

Meet Orange Sunshine - your own secluded yurt, right on the river. Soak in the boho vibe, enjoy a candle lit dinner made in your own kitchenette, and cozy up by the glow of the wood stove in a comfy queen bed. It is a lovely, quiet, rural setting, along the shores of Sydney Harbour. Very centrally located between the city of Sydney and surrounding towns.
