Situated on the beach in Gillies Bay, Texada Island, we’re only a short walk or drive to the general store & Farmer’s market in one direction and Shelter Point park in the other. Or stay close to home and enjoy the garden, views, and private beach access from the property! It's the perfect place to unplug and take a break from the city hustle.

Full kitchen with everything you will need for a holiday! Everything supplied, except sheets and towels. * we currently don’t allow dogs but may consider them at certain times of year- ask us!

We have updated The Hideout and look forward to welcoming the world back at the end of summer 2025!! The Hideout grew from a vision we had when we moved to the Coast in 2020. With the desire to share our dream of living amongst the trees, tucked away from the world, The Hideout was created. Wrapped in hand milled cedar, fir and hemlock this space was designed to remind us to slow down, breathe deep and take it all in.
