Collingswood is a beautifully spacious newly renovated 4 bedroom 2 bathroom contemporary single level house with a large garden & amazing coastal headland views, situated close to the South West Coast Path between Falmouth & the Helford River, near Maenporth Beach. In a peaceful location but only approx 10-15 mins walk to two beaches, or 2 mins drive to Maenporth beach which has a beachside car park. Good pub, cafes & good restaurants also within walking distance. Perfect for a family holiday!

The Gwinges is on the outskirts of the village of St Keverne. The Cottage sleeps up to 7 adults in its 3 bedrooms (3 double beds , 1 single )) . A cosy lounge , kitchen and utility room . The master bedroom has an ensuite with a family bathroom downstairs. large sunny enclosed garden with parking for up to 3 cars. Keynvor is a bright, airy barn conversion in a small farm complex which formerly belonged to the National Trust. The farmhouse dates from the 1650s and the barns from the 19th century. The garden affords fabulous ocean views, and is a sun trap when the weather co-operates. There is a gentle 10-15 minute walk through woodland to the nearest beach, which is on the South West Coast Path, and it is possible to walk to Falmouth or Helford Passage along the coast.

If you like large modern spaces, and fancy hanging around sculpture for more than a quick gallery visit then this may appeal. The setting is rural and peaceful and the accommodation is spacious and light yet cosy. The sculpture is at close quarters within your apartment and in the well tended garden. A sofa bed can be supplied to expand to four people for an extra cost per person. Babies are welcome but it is not an environment for toddlers.
