Our comfortable 2 bedroom apartment has the perfect location at the edge of the old town - close enough that all the city is right on your doorstep (4 mins walk to the cathedral & city hall). It has a gorgeous terrace that catches the morning sun, wifi, central heating & a smart TV. There's no elevator but it's only half a flight of stairs (8 steps) from street level. Although the apartment does not have an elevator, it's just one short flight of stairs (9 steps) from the street level. PARKING: We have a parking space available for free for guest use, located a 3 minute walk away from the apartment. We have a large parking space (fits even vans) available for free for guest use just a 3 minute walk from the apartment. One of the bedrooms contains a large queen-sized bed (160x200cm) and looks out onto a green park area and olive tree. The morning sun really streams into this bedroom and it's lovely to wake up to, but there are also inbuilt roller blinds on the outside of the window which keep the room perfectly dark until you're ready to get woken by that sun! The second bedroom contains 2 single beds (80x190cm) which can be pushed together to make a queen bed, and also has roller blinds on the windows. Both bedrooms contain large wardrobes and desk areas. The apartment is very quiet - with the view out onto the green park you almost feel like you're out in the country, belying the fact that just across the road you are right in the heart of the old town - you're also just enough away from the noisy central city bars and restaurants to get a good nights sleep! The open plan kitchen and lounge area opens up onto the cute and comfortable terrace area - there's seating for up to 4 people both out on the terrace as well as around the kitchen island. There's free wifi and the TV is a 43" smart TV with access to internet; Netflix, youtube. If you have your own Netflix account you can log onto that, otherwise you are welcome to use ours. For winter guests the apartment is cosy and snug with central heating controlled by a thermostat inside the apartment so guests can control the desired temperature easily. There is a washing machine in the bathroom, and there's a washing line outside the main bedroom window to hang your laundry out to dry. We also have drying racks which can be put up inside the apartment to dry laundry inside if necessary. The kitchen is another room where the morning sun just streams in; it is fully equipped and contains an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and electric cook top. CHECK-IN: Check-in between 4pm* - 10pm AT THE LATEST. (*however you can still drop off your bags and pick up the keys if you arrive between 12-4pm). Please let us know your arrival time as soon as possible and with as much accuracy as possible. We are very responsable hosts and if you tell us a time we will be at home waiting - inacurrate arrival estimates can sometimes mess up an entire afternoon for us so we appreciate if you treat our time with as much consideration as we treat yours. *WE DON'T ACCEPT ARRIVALS AFTER 10pm, however if something UNFORSEEN happens on the day to make you late, late arrivals after 10pm incur a €30 fee.

House on a cliff

In our charming home you will enjoy a unique experience. Located just above the Llumeres cliff, with privileged and direct views of the Peñas Lighthouse, a place of great interest and demand in the Principality of Asturias. It consists of a spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen, two terraces (both with ocean views), a full bathroom, a relaxation area and a very large bedroom with an integrated bathtub and incredible ocean views. Nice apartment located on the first floor without elevator, it has a room with independent bathroom and a large terrace, very central and with everything you need to enjoy a great stay and with all the necessary disinfection and cleaning measures, located 15 minutes from the town hall, the aquarium and the beach of San Lorenzo, 10 minutes from the beach of Poniente, 5 minutes from the train station and 4 minutes from the bus station. Beautiful 2 floor Villa for 10 people, only 350 metres (4 minutes walking) from the wonderful beach of Rodiles (and the nearby quiet beach of Misiego), with a big jacuzzi, for 3 people, and a breathtaking view over the Villaviciosa ria (Natural reserve estuary). The house ir very well equipped and the garden has fruit trees and places to rest. A lot of equipment for water sports is available. Very good heater system.
