Terraced house, lovingly restored with the utmost care for decoration and comfort. It is in a small village with beautiful views and very well located: close to the beach or the mountains and half an hour from Oviedo or Gijón. At the exit of the village there is a bar-restaurant and the towns with services are a few minutes away. The cottage has Wi-Fi, a wood stove, a Smart TV (Wi-Fi only), a balcony and a charming terrace where you can enjoy the views, with many plants, a dining area and a barbecue.

A quaint entrance to the property is framed by a white picket fence and surrounded by lush greenery. A staircase leads to a balcony above, while the ground is covered in gravel, enhancing the natural setting of the garden.
