The old barn of 1750, recently renovated with love and attention to detail, has become two beautiful cottages where you can spend a comfortable stay in nature. Located in Peyrus, a village known to hikers and cyclists, at the foot of the Vercors, your accommodation is very well located to access the many points of interest in the region. The accommodation consists of a living room on the ground floor with a separate toilet and an open kitchen with all the necessary equipment.

The 30m2 studio has a double bed in the living room and a single extra bed on the mezzanine accessible by a ladder. From the house you can directly access multiple beautiful hiking trails.

It took us 1 year of work to restore all the charm to this (very) old stone building where we took up residence, and where we reserved an independent space to create, with love, the Gîte des Nines! Ancien bâtiment agricole, cette maison de 75 m2 a entièrement été réhabilitée après 3 ans de travaux (fin des travaux juillet 2021) Cette rénovation a été faite avec beaucoup de soin, pour une prestation haut de gamme. Dans chacune des pièces la vue est saisissante, charmante ou encore aérienne… C’est un véritable petit nid d’aigle qui domine le village… mais les pieds dans l’eau… La rivière Roanne et ses piscines naturelles sont à 5 minutes à pied.

The Gîte des Lançons is totally independent of the main house. Its garden is reserved for you to eat or take a nap. Here you will only hear birds and bees. The calm surrounding the mountains is really relaxing but for the most active, there are many hiking departures around the house. The views of the passes are beautiful and the surrounding villages are worth a walk.
