Appartamento sito nel centro storico di Civitavecchia (vecchio Ghetto), a due passi dal lungomare, dalla stazione ferroviaria, dal porto. Tutto intorno all'appartamento si trovano ristoranti, pizzerie, locali di ogni tipo. L'appartamento si trova al primo piano di un antico palazzo del 700 ed è stato totalmente rimodernato. E' composto da una camera da letto matrimoniale, una cucina abitabile, una grande sala con divano letto a 2 posti, bagno con doccia e ingresso.
