The restoration of our stone house in Ayvacık Sazlı village was completed 8 years ago. We have opened the upper floor of our newly decorated house to our guests, my wife and I live downstairs. Experience the beauty of our village with Lesbos Islands, full mountain and sea views, where 6 people can easily stay. The large garden and all the sounds and colors of nature will accompany you. Assos port is only a few kilometers away from the historical Behramkale. You can reach Küçükkuyu in 20 minutes by car.

Your Place in Bozcaada

You can contact us more quickly by searching for our place on Google as "Bozcaada Perçem Bağ Evleri" and calling our phone number. A place where you can feel like you're in your own private summer house. Located 2.5 km from the centre, it is a private, independent house. There is a double bed in the air-conditioned room, a private bathroom, a kitchen, a dining table, a patio, and a fireplace and an area where you can comfortably barbecue in the garden. If you wish, you can also have breakfast here.
