The proximity to the city center offers many possibilities for excursions, for example, 5 minutes from Emslandarena within walking distance. The train station is 10 minutes away and the center is also 10 minutes away. Dortmund-Ems Canal for cycling routes is almost at the front door and offers beautiful routes.

Exclusive house half (156 sqm) in Lingen-Baccum with separate wellness floor for up to 8-9 people, from two nights. Basic price €150 per night for up to 4 people, each additional person €28. Children up to two years stay free of charge in their parents' room. A baby cot is available. The wellness area (70 sqm) costs, in addition to a basic fee of €30, €20 per person up to three hours, with two uses by the same people, €15 per person per use. Heating time 12 hours, minimum 3 people

The apartment in Langen in southern Emsland near Lingen is located in a quiet area and can accommodate up to four people. The apartment on the upper floor is fully equipped and has a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, a living room with TV and fireplace, a conservatory, a terrace with garden furniture and a gas grill as well as two bedrooms with comfortable beds. The modern bathroom has a sink, toilet and shower as well as a washing machine.
