Caserío with typical architecture in an exceptional enclave. The apartment is a part of the ground floor of the farmhouse with entrance on its side and 40m square meters. We are alone in the middle of the forest and at the same time close to many places of interest of all kinds. Beautiful fully renovated apartment is rented, with amazing views and all the comforts. Very bright,quiet and in an unbeatable location. The apartment is a third without elevator located in the middle of nature and above the sea from which you can feel and enjoy sunsets, the Cantabrian sea, the sound of the waves of the sea, the mountainous green and go surfing walking and changed from home to various spots with all the comforts of home made and designed with great care and affection.

Apartamento único en un enclave maravilloso rodeado de naturaleza y bañado por el rio barbadun ,la edificación tiene más de 500 años de historia ya que fue un molino de agua ,en plena naturaleza y tan cerca de la playa y de la capital Bilbaína . Muchísimos puntos de interés para visitar y si eres amante del running o la bicicleta tienes una vía verde de 42 km de largo que conecta con nuestro apartamento.
