The old half-timbered building, a former stable, was renovated with high quality and sustainably with natural materials. Clay plaster on the walls and the wood-burning stove guarantee an excellent indoor climate, and the walk to the wood-fired sauna promises absolute relaxation!

Large appartment, individually furnished in the old schoolhouse of Bölzke, a charming round village between Berlin and Hamburg. Well hidden between woods and fields it is yet well reachable by bike, car or train. Since there is no through traffic it is perfect for families with children, but also to hike and bike or just relax in the garden with a good book. Also fall and winter serve special moments going out to collect mushrooms or staying cosy inside next to the crackling stove.

There are beautiful, wide views over fields and meadows. The house - also suitable for small seminars - can accommodate 10-11 people and is comfortably furnished, with a fireplace and open kitchen. Here you can expect long forest walks, cycling tours on popular cycling trails, storks, stick bread and stars, paddling on and swimming in nearby lakes and rivers.

Das Ferienhaus befindet sich in einer schönen und ruhigen Wohnsiedlung auf einem 1000 qm großen abgeschlossenen Grundstück separat im Garten. Die Lage ist ein guter Mix für Erholung und Ruhe und doch nicht weit ab vom Warener Stadtleben, oder als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Umgebung. An warmen Tagen können Sie auf der großen überdachten Terrasse direkt am Ferienhaus frühstücken oder am Abend grillen.
