Zum Bahnhof braucht ihr von der Wohnung ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Wohnung hat eine kleine, voll ausgestattete Küche, ein gemütliches Schlafzimmer und ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche. Im Hinterhof findet man im Sommer ein schattiges Plätzchen zum Frühstücken. Es befindet sich ein großer, kostenfreier Parkplatz in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Late Gothic house from 1519

The late Gothic house from 1519 is the oldest, preserved residential building in the Untermhaus district & was very elaborately restored & renovated in 4 years. The former building ruin has become a small gem. Particular emphasis was placed on the expansion with ecological building materials, such as clay & lime, clay colors. Many old historical components were reinstalled. During the dismantling work, another hand-painted approx. 500-year-old plank ceiling was discovered.

As a starting point for hiking and skiing, it is a good alternative to the hotel. If you come with a child, you can draw from our large repertoire of indoor and outdoor toys and get active with trampoline jumping. Included in the price are towels, sheets and final cleaning.

A small counter invites you to eat or work. The new bed is 160 x 200. A balcony to the quiet courtyard is also available.

Welcome TO the HOUSE IM REED 2 - your cozy home on Lake Hainer. Our child-free adult accommodation is picturesquely located on the sunny north shore of Lake Hain (2 min walk) and in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland, only 20 minutes by car from Leipzig. In apartment 9, from the south and west facing wooden terrace, you have a wonderful view of the lake, unobstructed nature and an unforgettable sunset.

Two minutes' walk to the tram and 10 minutes to the beautiful market. 4 adults can easily stay there. The highlight is of course the beautiful large roof terrace. Shower and bathtub as well as a fully equipped kitchen leave nothing to be desired.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. It is in the immediate vicinity of the city center, but also a large park. The town of Apolda is only a few kilometers from Weimar, Jena, Bad Sulza or Naumburg. We hosts live in a house on the same property and are happy to help you with “advice and assistance.”

Our first completed apartment in old historic walls awaits you. Our memorial farm from 1872 is in a beautiful, relaxing and quiet location surrounded by meadows and fields. Despite the quiet location, it is not far to the nearest shopping (3 min. by car, 10 min. by bike). The A4 highway exits can be reached quickly in about 7 minutes.
