A two room studio suited for couples and a seperate larger studio for families (under 3 are free in off season) they will love the space. It’s only a 2 hr drive. Close to all attractions; jetty, golf course, breweries and wineries of course. All takeaways are minutes away from the farm door. It offers you the best of both worlds. Fence has a couple small gaps under a couple panels that a small dog could potentially get under. 10min to Busselton/Dunsborough and on the doorstep of the famous Margaret River Wine Region with the best surfing/family beaches in Australia.
