The Painter's House - BED & BREAKFAST

All the second floor is for the gests (55m²) : you can live in a place almost independant ... including 1 room with one double bed (or 2 individual beds) and private bathroom, and 1 artist studio transormed into livingroom with one bed for another guest (+ 50€).The bathroom is shared. Breakfast is served downstairs, in the morning at the requested time and is included in the price of the room. The hosts Erik and Dominique live on the second floor. On the 8th and top floor of a 1930s building with elevator to the 7th floor, small charming studio bathed in light with a 14 m2 terrace in full sun with a beautiful unobstructed view of the Eiffel Tower and Observatory. Ideally located close to transport 4 min and all amenities (Bakery, butcher, pharmacy 3 min from the apartment). The neighborhood is very nice and quiet, right next to the 5th arrondissement and Rue Mouffetard, and 10 min walk from Denfert Rochereau.
